Not too bad a midfielder, probably play really well for you. Most players who leave QPR find their form again. A sad but true fact.

WTF against Cardiff? 3-1? And the game finished 3-1 too! Well done Cardiff, i see you're on a 9 match unbeaten run now.

Yeh doing great now,but very small squad, just sweating till the end of the transfer window. You're boys didn't seem at the races yesterday, but rangers have been playing much better than that recently. We played out of our skins you had a bad night, one off result I feel.
Regarding Walton played for us on loan last year.A loose cannon imo, head goes very quickly, will get stuck in where it hurts, distribution seemed dodgy, not lacking commitment but red and yellow cards will flow.
Good luck Tigers and Rangers for the rest of the season.

Forty-One Years Ago Today: QPR Reach Wembley

Forty Years ago Today: February 7, 1967: QPR played Birmingham at Loftus Road in the Second Leg of the League Cup Semi-Final.
Three weeks previously, in the Semi-final first leg. QPR had traveled to Birmingham and won 4-1 (Marsh, R. Morgan, Lazarus & Allen). At Loftus Road, almost 25,000 saw QPR win the second leg 3-1 (Marsh 2 and Keen) to get to play WBA at Wembley the following month. QPR's team 40 years ago, today was the same as the first leg with one exception: Hazell coming in for Ian Watson.

Forty-One Years Ago Today: QPR Reach Wembley
The first team from outside the first two divisions to appear in a cup final at Wembley.
Wont steal your thinder Lonegunmen, people will have to wait until 4th Marxh for the result.

The following year WBA went back to Wembley to play Everton in the final, winning 1 - 0 in extra time. Jeff Astle became the first player to score in every round of the cup. Funny how these things stick in your mind

Just in case anybody's interested, somebody's selling a QPR shirt on Trade Me at the moment. Red and black hoops, I assume it must be an away top.

BTW, it's not me who's flogging it

Saints 2 QPR 3.......

Patrick Agyemang took advantage of some comical defending to take his goal tally to seven in five Coca-Cola Championship games as QPR sank Southampton 3-2 at St Mary's.

The red-hot striker, one of 10 new signings brought in by moneybags Rangers, had already added to Martin Rowlands' equaliser with a close-range strike, before a horrible mix-up between goalkeeper Kelvin Davis and Jermaine Wright killed Saints off.

Lee Camp's long punt over the top caught Wright napping and, with Davis in no man's land, the hapless defender kneed the ball over his goalkeeper to allow Agyemang to nip in and tap into an empty net.

Darren Powell had put Saints ahead after Rangers, who were without a point on the road this season, conjured up their own defensive howler in the opening minute.

But Rowlands dragged them level with his fifth of the season, before Agyemang, who scored twice for Preston against Saints earlier this season, repeated the trick as Rangers leapfrogged their hosts in the table.

Saints captain Youssef Safri was sent off 12 minutes from time, before Stern John grabbed a late consolation.

It had all looked so different for Southampton when they went ahead with barely 60 seconds on the clock.

Centre-half Matthew Connolly left a harmless-looking through pass to Camp, but the Rangers goalkeeper hesitated and when he did finally come to collect, he inadvertently slid out of the penalty area with the ball in his grasp.

Adam Hammill chipped the resulting free-kick into a crowded goalmouth, from where big centre-half Powell bundled the ball over the line.

Rangers recovered their composure and began to look a potent attacking threat, skipper Rowlands fizzing a stunning 20-yard volley inches over the crossbar.

But Saints missed two gilt-edged chances to put themselves out of sight within in the space of a minute.

First Andrew Surman sent Bradley Wright-Phillips through on goal, but the striker poked a weak shot straight at Camp.

Worse was to follow seconds later when Jason Euell robbed Hogan Ephraim on the left wing and crossed to John, who, without a Rangers player anywhere near him, ballooned the ball high over the bar from eight yards.

Saints were made to pay in the 38th minute when a swift Rangers counter-attack saw Rowan Vine feed Rowlands, who neatly tucked the ball under Davis.

Moments before the interval Wright misjudged Ephraim's deep cross and Agyemang was free to sidefoot the ball home.

Saints substitute Marek Saganowski just failed to get on the end of Andrew Davies' cross as the hosts pushed for a leveller.

But their hopes were ended on the hour when Agyemang pounced on Wright and Davis' shocking mix-up, strolled towards the empty net, stopped the ball on the goalline and backheeled it in.

Safri then compounded Saints' misery with a late challenge on Agyemang which earned him a straight red card, before John swept home a loose ball in stoppage-time.

Starting with coverage of QPRs 1:0 win over West Ham in 1910, this book charts a glorious history of great games and League and Cup titles through the decades of the 20th century.

Top early stories include beating Sheffield Wed in the FA Cup Qtr final in 1923, gaining promotion to Division 2 in 1948 and thrashing Crystal Palace 5-2 in 1961. The 1960s was the era of QPR as a rising star and coverage includes winning the League Cup in 1967, promotion to Division 2 in that year and promotion the following year to Division 1. Relive the glory days of the 1970s when QPR were pipped to the title by Liverpool in their last match of the 1976 season, the stunning 4-0 win over Man U in 1977 and the 6-1 pounding of West Ham in 1978. Read about the 1982 FA Cup final, becoming Division 2 champions in 1983, the fabulous 6-0 win over Chelsea in 1986 and of course the Milk Cup final of that year. European top games are also covered as are the top Premiership games played in the early and mid 90s.

Newspaper coverage continues right up to the end of last season. A unique and wonderful gift and must have for all QPR fans.

73 Minutes Damion Stewart on. 78 minutes Sheffield United equalise. Interesting. Stewart is a heart attack player - everytime he takes to the field he gives you a heart attack and usually the opposition score.
