So now that the season is all done, thank you again to everyone who donates or even reads this thread. While again it wasn't the best year on the field, I love the difference we make off it to these families from Ronald McDonald House. We had families attend every game apart from the one in New Plymouth, but does include the two Auckland games, the one in Hamilton and also the Beijing game. We have received many lovely messages and photos but my favourite does have to be the message written from Aidan mother (https://www.yellowfever.co.nz/categories/wellingto...)

Thanks to the funds raised from Vinny Testimontial we are in place to once again continue this next year for what will be our fourth season.

Not only does the Nix kick off in a few weeks but Fever Dreams continues as well.

Families will continue to get four tickets, lounge passes, parking pass and money for food and drink but will also get two of our brand spanking new Yellow Fever scarfs.

Ronald McDonald House are excited about it too

So with Fever Dreams back, the Cant and Bell families went along to Saturday’s game. The two little boys – Manaaki and Devonte were really excited to go along and had their faces painted and brought hand-made signs!

So I keep this quiet but I would now like to thank an anonymous supporter who allowed 10 people from Ronald McDonald House Wellington to attend the All Whites game vs Peru including Manaaki who got a second game at the stadium. It was a wonderful experience for the families to be part of that record crowd.

We had the Clarke family head along to the game on Sunday, it was a nice thing for them to do before 15 year old Indira has (had) surgery today! (Monday).

Dropped off stuff yesterday to Ronald McDonald house Wellington for a family to attend the game this weekend, hopefully brings them a bit of Christmas cheer at a tough time.

Just to remind people that maybe attending #12PubsofLochhead or will be at the Backbencher, that it is also a fundraiser to keep Fever Dreams going. So if you see me there with a bucket collecting, please donate to this great cause that makes a huge difference to families at Ronald McDonald House Wellington.

Want to spread some Christmas cheers? Funds for Fever Dreams are getting low, so it has become urgent to get at least a bit more so we can see out the season if not continue it for years to come. So along with using 12 Pubs as a fundraiser, we have started another Give a Little page. If you can't make 12 pubs or rather not give cash on the day, you can now donate online.

You have seen what a difference this makes to families at Ronald McDonald House and I'd love to see it continue. Every little bit helps

A big thank you to everyone who donated to Fever Dreams last night at #12PubsofLochhead. We have raised over $300 to keep it going. Keep an eye out for special auctions coming up and if you still want to donate you can do so online

So awesome news, thanks to a whole lot of people that donated their memberships tickets we have over 40 tickets to give the Ronald McDonald House in Auckland to attend the game next weekend. Also thanks to the Nix, they have provided a bus for the families to get to the game and back and will also have some players visit the house on Thursday.

Do hope the Nix play well and get a good result but have also heard from families that just having the experience and the time away from the house/hospital is good. This one will be something quite different as well with a whole lot of families going together and a bus trip to enjoy as well.

Thank you to everyone that donated tickets to allow families from Ronald McDonald House in Auckland attend the game on Saturday. Along with the tickets, a player visit was arranged for the house which the kids really enjoyed yesterday.

Sorry for not posting. Yes it's still happening and families have been attending every home game so far. Been hard to get follow up from RMH since my contact left but I just met with the new one this week so will hopefully have them again going for
