Inspiration.  The first 12 pubs was set up because they start at the wrong end of town for us and head the wrong way.

We asked them to change direction so we could join them but no dice.

How's my driving? - Whine here

Ah, interesting to learn a bit of fan history. I'm all for stealing for a good cause.

Yep, just enough time to clean up before we ruin the place(s) again (kidding, be nice to our hosts).

ok, can the YF Executives please get onto the Nix Board or Domey and beg them not to have Nuck Tinney and Gareth doing the same shark Xmas song that they have done for three seasons? In fact, just keep Nock Tinsle right away from the Phoenix games all together.

Which pubs do cheap beer/jugs?

Permalink Permalink
over 10 years ago · edited over 10 years ago · History

Fun fact:  In 1983 a one litre jug of beer (DB Draught or Lion Brown) cost $1.72, which today would cost $5.52.

A 750 ml bottle of the same products cost 1.78 in 1983 which equals $5.71 today.

Fred Dag does. Goes down well in the Waikato unlike the women.

Fred Dagg these days lives in Melbourne & drinks sparkling mineral water.
