Hit all my sponsor goals last season plus a sale earlier in the day. I'm terrible at holding onto money and building up a kitty though - burns a hole in my pocket.

Looks like a good player there Rammtallica, I'm sitting on 130mill and pondering what to do with it, I don't particularly want to splash on anyone at this point, might build up a huge transfer pool for if I get promoted sometime soon.

Yeah it all depends on his level of training but at least 200 million at this stage I would guess.
I'd sell him early if your training facilities aren't that good. Advertise him as 5 potential and people will scout him anyway.
yeah I'd go with the early sale if you trainign facilities won't get him to 5*
I have level 10 training facilities, and he is developing gang-busters... 21 TI at the moment and going up 500+ skill index a week...

I guess it all depends on your needs, if he's going to develop into a better CM than your current players then keeping him might be worth it. However if the need for a "decent" DC is strong selling is the only option.
He will develop to be better than my current MC.
