no doubt he was, although what rafa said has been coming for a long time and good on rafa for having the balls for saying it, anyone who isnt a chelsea fan, and even some of them, can see the great Drogba goes down easily. even saying he was slogging him off is slightly wrong, all he said was he ges down easily, true statement.

i acknocledge than ronaldo does do this also.

while everyone is going on about how wonderful Fwankie Lampsie is, we should remember this:

DRUNK FOOTBALL ACES JEERED AT N.Y. TERROR; They joked and threw food around as families wept over the tragedy.(News) From: The People (London, England) Date: September 23, 2001 | Copyright information COPYRIGHT 2001 MGN LTD. Byline: DEAN ROUSEWELL

FIVE top soccer stars were in DISGRACE last night after it emerged they shamed the victims of the terrorist attacks in America.

The Premiership players stunned onlookers as they hurled ABUSE while watching television pictures of the disaster at a hotel bar during a FIVE-HOUR BOOZE session.

As American guests at the London hotel tried to phone their loved ones, the players began to STRIP NAKED, JEER and even VOMIT.

Chelsea stars Frank Lampard, John Terry, Jody Morris and Eidur Gudjohnsen have since apologised for their senseless behaviour.

Lest we forget

While we never learned the full details, the name Jody Morris should explain a lot of that behaviour me thinks.  So Frank got lagered a bit when he was younger and got himself filmed having it off on holiday with his mates.  The incident you referred to was nearly seven years ago!  Give the guy a break, he's obviously grown up a bit since then.  I suppose you never did anything stupid under the influence of the amber liquid Frankie Mac?

Don't disagree with you - he's a disgrace and an embarrassment.  He's also the best centre forward in Europe so why wind him up just before your biggest game of the season when the odds are already stacked against you?  Another Liverpool own goal?

Frankie is well known for his restraint around Alcohol, and how rarely he makes a fool of himself.

(Cue sound of News heading to the gallery to find shots of Frankie in Bikini).

I believe that there is a difference between getting drunk and putting on a bikini (still not sure of the details - I still think that there is a possibility that someone put it on me...) and getting drunk and mocking the fact that thousands of people have just been killed, especially when surrounded by a large number of greiving relatives.  Things like throwing peanuts at the screen while people were trying to watch and learn of the fate of family members is bang out of order.  Putting on a bikini when you are fat is just distasteful.

I am also aware that this happened a long time, and that Fwankie has grown up and matured since then.  I just raised it as a point because (especially over here) the amount of sycophantic bullsh*t that is being dished out to him is starting to get really over the top.  He has become an ever greater person than Princess Diana, which is really saying something.  He is an ordinary bloke that has done some good things (raised money for charity, scored a penalty) and some bad things (mocked the fact that thousands were people were dying when pissed) but that is all.  Let's keep it in perspective.

By the way, I have no issues with the sex tapes - the bitches probably had the time of their life.

Re-live the magic moment again of Riise's own goal at Anfield from the Chelsea end.  It's just like being there!

And then enjoy Phil Thompson's reaction.

I've watched the Champions League semis for the last 4 years in Arizona - with about 90% Liverpool supporters so I absolutely loved it this year....

May well be the FourKings (loyalty to BigDunc, Jose and Brownie), Arizona again or Backbencher (loyalty to Boycie & UberGunner).......I sound like such a whore!!!

Keen to see where all the Blue Army want to go though - be great to turn a bar BLUE!!!

How will it work to your advantage? Drogba and Terry may well be out for it and United scored on average a goal more every two games in the league.

What crap.  Having missed out on the league our boys will be far more fired up than yours.  Of course Terry and Drogba will be there and, as we know, United can't handle Drogs when he's in the mood.  Looking forward to denying you a double for the second year in a row.

haha what makes u think the prem title will make u more fired up? u guys were always a long shot for the title.

and i'm pretty sure that man u won't be satisfied with only being top of england. so i doubt theres a question of whos more fired up, as i'm sure both teams will be.

o and about drogba, no team can handle him when hes in the mood.. because he spends most of that time on the ground. we shall see

OK. let's talk this up then.  By my reckoning Chelsea have now gone four full seasons since they lost a home league game.  Chelsea and Man United shared the same record number of clean sheets this season (21) and Chelsea achieved the highest points total (85) for a team in the EPL who didn't win the league.  A little bit of respect I think for a team unlucky not to be champions again.

lol unlucky not to bad champions again? i'm not going to get into an arguement, but seriously, yes u took it to the last day, but united deserved it far more, we scored the most goals easily, conceded the elast, would have won the league by about 20 goals if u had beaten bolton. and the home record means nothing in moscow.
