So interestingly 5 players who played against NZ for El Salvador in 2012 have received life time bans for match fixing. Another who played against us is being investigated and another 2 banned for 6 months hmm

We drew 2-2

Sky TV just told me when I phoned (9.50 pm) that the game will be televised tomorrow - but the lady on the phone said at 10 am

My time zone converter says the game is 12.15 pm NZT (7.15 pm in Port of Spain, Trinidad).

In other words check the on screen EPG for updates...on Sky Sport 3 apparently.

But seems doubtful - the lady probably couldn't tell the football codes apart to save her life.

Instead may have to resort to an online stream - the game is definitely being broadcast in T&T at 1 pm NZT on CNC3 TV

NZ Football update on tomorrow's game issued this afternoon:

http://www.nzfootball.co.nz/index.php?id=11&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=2592&tx_ttnews[backPid]=10&cHash=1e12fb6357

"Pre-tour injuries ruled out All Whites regulars Chris Killen, Tim Payne, Marco Rojas, Shane Smeltz, and Chris Wood, while 86-cap veteran Ivan Vicelich returned home from Los Angeles to continue treatment in Auckland.  All bar Killen are expected to be in contention for Herbert’s side next month.

“I’ve said all along that there is a lot of football between now and November, especially with the A-League starting up over the weekend.

“This match provides another opportunity for players to cement their position in the squad or push for a place in my thinking for November.

“Mental and physical strength will be important heading into the playoff and it’s something we’ll put emphasis on from tomorrow,” said Herbert.

Jeremy Christie was unable to make the trip to Port of Spain due to his ‘green card’ still being processed in the USA.

Herbert is yet to name his starting eleven and has three players who could be in line for their international debuts with Craig Henderson, 18-year-old Bill Tuiloma, and goalkeeper Tamati Williams vying for a chance to wear the All Whites shirt for the first time.

New Zealand (from): 1-Glen MOSS (gk), 2-Winston REID, 3-Tony LOCHHEAD, 4-Cole PEVERLEY, 5-Tommy SMITH, 6-Jake BUTLER, 7-Leo BERTOS, 8-Michael MCGLINCHEY, 9-Aaron CLAPHAM, 10-Rory FALLON, 11-Bill TUILOMA, 12-Tamati WILLIAMS (gk), 13-Dan KEAT, 14-Aaron SCOTT, 16-Jeremy BROCKIE, 17-Kosta BARBAROUSES, 19-Craig HENDERSON, 20-Kris BRIGHT, 21-Cam HOWIESON, 22-Andrew DURANTE

Think the lady answering the phone at Sky when I phoned wouldn't know the All Whites if they all sat across from her at dinner -

so the Sky broadcast is probably doubtful.

May have to resort to an online stream if you can find one - the game is being televised slightly delayed in T&T at 8 pm local time = 1 pm NZT

Looking at the CNC3 website more closely, I think they only live stream news shows on the hour.

Game is on CNC3 channel at 8 pm Trinidad time - 1 pm NZT:

.Suggest people contact Sky and point out these details:

The game is being broadcast slightly delayed at 1 pm NZ time (12.15 pm kick-off) on major Trinidad & Tobago free-to-air channel CNC3

All profits from the game go to a severely ill Trinidad & Tobago national team player who has no medical insurance and just had his leg amputated.

Hence can Sky come on board and pay something for the rights.

AW's probable line-up for today:

http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/football/9286196/Glen-Moss-Leo-Bertos-in-frame-for-All-Whites

"But the All Whites' boss is likely to have Moss in goal, Reid, Andrew Durante and Tommy Smith in a three-man defence with Bertos (right) and Tony Lochhead (left) as wing backs.

Jeremy Christie, who played in central midfield against Chivas, was unable to travel to the Caribbean. He has remained in the United States where he has applied for green card residential status.

Canterbury United's Aaron Clapham is likely to start in midfield alongside playmaker Michael McGlinchey, leaving targetman Rory Fallon, Kosta Barbarouses and Jeremy Brockie up front.

Veteran defender Ivan Vicelich, who was unable to play in the United States due to injury, has returned to Auckland, leaving the All Whites with a 20-man squad in the Caribbean."

New Zealand: Glen Moss, Winston Reid (c), Andrew Durante, Tommy Smith, Leo Bertos, Michael McGlinchey, Aaron Clapham, Tony Lochhead, Costa Barbarouses, Rory Fallon, Jeremy Brockie.

Substitutes: Tamati Williams, Bill Tuiloma, Cole Peverley, Aaron Scott, Jake Butler, Cam Howieson, Craig Henderson, Dan Keat, Kris Bright.

Shit I don't fancy that midfield. No screening in front of the back line, no ball winners.... Hmmmmm. The 3 up front are not noted for their ability to track back and defensive work ethic...

This Trinidad TV website could well have the game as they seem to be streaming the channel's programs now (the 7 pm evening news hour on now including news on All Whites match).

Supposed to be a delayed broadcast of the game at 1 pm  NZT

Look here: http://www.cnc3.co.tt/livestream

Sky's reply to me at 11.14 am today:

"Hi Peter we are still working on trying to get coverage, but there is no uplink to the satellite or fibre connection, so the options are very limited and the quality would be very poor, but if we are able to get this organised, the epg will be updated."

Yip and Yip.  Kosta's finishing was shite and we struggled to retain possetion, midfield was MIA pretty much (as usual).

In saying that Henderson looked comfortable on his debut (finally) and I'd say that he has the goods to knock Leo out of his spot long term.

Just noticed that Trinidad and Tobago player Akeem Adams who had a heart attack and a leg amputated on the eve of the All Whites friendly in October, died this week  after suffering a stroke last weekend.

Adams was just starting his first season with top Hungarian club Ferencvaros and had been named in the Trinidad and Tobago squad to play the All Whites, when he had a massive heart attack. He was only 22 and had played nine times for his country at senior level.

RIP Akeem Adams
