2019/20 Season memberships

I'm surprised how un-proactive the club are in encouraging fans to sign up.  I haven't renewed my ones from last year yet (I will later this week or early next week) but all I have had is an email on July 8th when they announced the new season ones.  You'd expect them to be at people who haven't renewed yet on a weekly basis, especially this close to the season starting

Me thinks it will be down to staff in the back office, I think they have had a few leave so the ball has probably been dropped again.

Not something they have ever done really well for some reason.Remember one season though back in the day where i got a phone call from Ifill asking about renewing membership.

Was SigMonster for me.  Nice touch. Told him if he promised to score more goals I'd sign up.  Had a laugh.

Has everyone received digital copies of their tickets yet?

I haven't and wondering if I should chase up.

We got emailed ours on the 12th September. Still waiting for the actual card to be sent out tho, normally we would have them by now but haven't seen anyone mention receiving theirs yet.

I’ll probably get a northern membership again, but last year it was a pain in the ass trying to get tickets and seats organized with others who are non-members.

I have not received my digital X 2, they are currently looking into it and the two plastics have not yet arrived.

Haven't got any form of ticket either. I only renewed the other week, was after 12 September which'll be why I didn't get it that day.

I bought a second childs ticket this morning. I am completely surprised by how much of a stuff around the Ticketec website was giving its employee this morning. It took her 25 minutes to sort it. I felt sorry for her as she was trying her best but their site is an absolute minefield sometimes.

Quick update on Nix Six as I get one for when I bring extras along and it counts toward the metrics right?

Has anyone actually received their membership card yet? I renewed on 28 August and have still not received anything. Not even a digital ticket.

does anyone know how to get 20% on additional Nix tickets for members? i.e. is there a promo code?

I am in the same situation. I emailed the club. They are looking at it. 

They said they would have a paper ticket available for the game this weekend at the ticket counter if I didn't have my electronic one earlier than that.

This really annoys me. Part of the reason I buy a season ticket is so I don't have to mess around on the day.

sadly not the clubs fault, ticketek are shark and clearly dont give a toss, or make any effort to learn from previous seasons. They've had months to get ready for the draw to be released, its not rocket scince!

Anyone know the Phoenix hotline number?  Whenever I ring the normal number I get transfered but don't get answered

The draw had things changed last week, that may have thrown a spanner into the works.

The Nix Twitter account said today that if you don't have a digital copy of your season pass as of yet, email [email protected] to get access to that.

Disappointing that I will not have neither my sisters, partners nor my membership pack in time for the season opener. Not really acceptable in my eyes

New season, same old back office shark! Thought might have fixed it after doing better last season but appears they have gone backwards again!

Not sure why your all getting upset about membership problems its just up holding what has become a Phoenix tradition.

Just sent off an email for all of mine too. The club  (Robyn) has tried to be as helpful as. Even on Sunday, the Ticketec lady was trying to be helpful But their system is just a complete fudge up. And their management don't give a fudge.

I think the Phoenix should really find a new ticketing partner.  These constant issues must surely hurt the bottom line for the Nix.  If they partnered up with someone smaller like iTicket they may get a ticketing partner that cares and gets the job done...

Squeaky bum time now. We don't get daily postals and i think tomorrow is the last day before the game for my street. 12 years Ticketec, 12 years to get it right.

I don't get it, they can change a beer sponsor and shirt maker but a ticketing partner must be too hard to change. I'm guessing its a Westpac Stadium problem unless someone else can ellaborate? I remember the Eden Park game last year went through ticketmaster which surprised me because getting a ticket through that was just as bollocks but more responsive.

Cards Maxed, so I can't do the online car park bullshark. Hope to rock up with a $20 an hour or so before KO. Hope that works.

So free parking further away, going for a little walk, and maybe losing a few kilos is not an option?
