Melbourne Knights taking the FFA to the Human Relations Commission in Australia over the FFA using the National Club Identity Policy to stop them having Croatian community groups sponsorships on their FFA Cup shirts.

Good on them. 

They're denying a sponsor based on the fact they represent a country/race. Sounds illegal to me. 

"Australian soccer club" would presumably be acceptable so why not "Croatian Soccer Club"?

The National Club Identity Policy - where the FFA apparently encourages inclusiveness by banning everything - has to be the stupidest thing the FFA has attempted to implement. 

like its policy to apparently grow active support, that makes it harder for people to join in active support.

Shows that TV is more important to them than the fans. Way to kill the competition. 

I exaggerate a little, FoxSports have exclusive rights for all the games now and the FFA have pointed that out to clubs. Sadly FoxSports are using the rights only for 30 second segments for around the grounds coverage during their televised game.

At the FFA Cup game last night, some of the M3 (one of the Victory 'Ultra' crews) held up the banner and let off the flares, seemingly to protest the bans they have been given by the FFA.
