The word is he'll play, the Phoenix have said it a couple of times so unless they say otherwise why would you think different?

By saying "and now Hooper" you make it seem as if they've just announced something or you've heard something when you admit you haven't.

it's not just the long weekend, it's been pretty much every weekend for months, and evenings during the week too.

True, but Sydney are also good and we went toe to toe with them away last week, and we have Hooper now and home advantage. I would think a draw would be a reasonable call.

True, but even 3/4 fit he'll offer more of a threat than we have had and his presence will probably  give the rest of the team confidence too

I'm more confident with Ball behind him. He was great last week with his possession and movement, and having someone ahead of him to look for will be hugely beneficial. Davila didn't look bad either

McCowatt has created the most chances of any player in the league so far (saw a stat sometime during the week - can't find it for the life of me now). Think based on what we saw against Sydney he'll get soem service. Hope we see him starting.
