New Adidas Strip

When Stoke signed their adidas deal, they were told that at the time there was no template that had stripes on the back and that "adidas would work with them in the future to get stripes or at least a box of doom on the back" which is why Hull also had a plain back...

They wouldnt release it while half the team and the coach have linked up with the All Whites. Would be more likely that they would do so once they are back in preseason training.

Funny that you said that because 'til this day Stoke are still  working with the generic Adidas Stricon template... and there are quite a few Pro clubs throughout Europe and the rest of the world (TP Mezembe at the Club World Cup) who are running this as well, and seeing as it would cost Adidas NZ peanuts (especially as its a 2009/2010 template) im willing to bet 100% that the nix will be wearing this template this season... financially beneficial but im not complaining, its an excellent strip.

I managed to acquire a similar strip from Adidas NZ for BNU Reserves, cost the club all of $200 NZ...

Oy, that's a bit harsh. When I lived there my car was only broken in to twice and it also have the tyres slashed and wing mirrors broken off. And that was all in the space of 6 weeks But it's still where I was born so shut it. Please Love that kit too. I'm off to KitBag to buy it. Actually, I'll wait for the new Everton kit to be released and get them together to save on postage.

Also, why is Jermaine Pennant modelling (and I use that term loosely) the Hull City kit?

like the hull fc kit, looks mint, pity you cna't view the back though.

It's all a bit busy for me, esp the asymetrical kimono neck and lower arm detailing

That Hull strip is fairly horrendous, I hope the Phoenix one isn't the same style. Same style as the Fernebache is what I want.

One of our local clubs 1st teams (Wanganui City) have just started using the addidas stripey kit below, and it looks pretty nice.

why has there been no official announcement on the adidas deal?  It seems odd, good news story just sitting there - surely it's a very easy way to show that there are people out there who believe in the club!

Don't think there has been any official announcement of Victory or Sydney either. 

Last I heard the samples that were here weren't quite right and had to go for correction.  Probably hard to unveil the kit if you don't have one to demonstrate.
