Yeah, of course they do. I think that he will go to Chelsea, eventually. It isn't as if he was born next to the Manzanares or anything. But I hope we keep him for a while longer. Its the place to go if you want to get some proper service rather than just a hoof into the box a la Chelsea, United and Liverpool. Reyes was an Arsenal reject though.
yea i never liked reyes. always thought pongolle was rubbish at liverpool and forlan got way better after he left united
forlan seemed to have a knack of scoring late goals against us
I always really rated Pongolle and felt he was never given a chance! But Forlan was really great last season and he scored goals from anywwhere. But he didn't pass too much. Not that it matters when you get 33 goals in La Liga though!
Xerez away this week. Just put in a decent performance against Barca (albeit, without Iniesta, Pique, Puyol, Zlatan, Messi). Really need to keep getting the wins to push us up the table. Not an easy place to go, but they haven't spent much money at all, and our players are obviously better than theirs. We will either go goal crazy or it will be a tight game. Time to build on our first clean sheet in La Liga from last week. Vamos los rojiblancos!
0-2 win. Pretty easy. Forlan and Aguero. Kun was pretty quiet for most of the game- that Francis lad is class- but a well taken goal. Reyes was top- with a great ball for Forlan to finish for the first. Another clean sheet, but Xerez look to be going back down from where they came. Job done.

Up against Porto today. Need a draw to be 100% certain of qualification, although APOEL beating Chelsea seems unlikely. It'd be good to get a nice result against Porto though.
