I'm not sure what you're asking.
Wests and LH could say 'our players are available to trial' but would any of the players even consider it given the environments they are already part of ?

I'm asking if you have read the conditions of TDP and what they specifically have to adhere to to keep their (provisional) licence? My take is that they accepting being a part of the process and there are repercussions if they don't. I don't have any knowledge outside of that though. Try reading it for starters..

I've only read the summary on the CF page and I don't think it's very clear about a number of things.

No need. I've been on the fringes of FTC/NTC/NAGT as a parent/coach for long enough to know I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ;)
