Hi guys and gals looking for some help re Phoenix  Lounge. Was wondering is there seating there that you can watch the game from. Just trying to plan Fridays game as have angiogram Wednesday and it may lead to surgery. Have already informed doctors I WILL be attending as I'm not letting something like that stuff up my 100% record.Might be okay to take my place in the zone just trying to put things in place in case I cant. Cheers people. Dont bother telling me to contact club for whatever reason think my emails go straight to the big 'R' filing cabinet.

No seating you can guarantee seeing the game from as people stand on the balcony.  Seating about 2 m away from door. Or if you contact stadium re wheel chair (won't let seats be taken to balcony) you could watch from the balcony seated.

You might be best to go straight to Stadium boss Shane Harmon and see if he can help you out, he's generally pretty good with that stuff from what I've seen on Twitter. It might be outside of the lounge but he may have another option or at least get in the ear of the Nix.

My son wanted me to sit just outside the lounge a few weeks back and I did notice people standing between the lounge and the seats which made me think how would people in the lounge be able to watch the game?

Sounds like the wheelchair option would be a good one actually...unimpeded view and no risk of missing all Wilson scoring with a screaming diving header to give us the lead.

Best of luck with the angiogram.

Squeaky bum time. Was put off today might be tomorrow. The odds on having to steal a wheel chair have plummeted.Typical apparantly Phoenix at hospital today but nowhere near where I was. Got told by plenty of people TAT  seems to be a hit from number of comments.LOL

Farken gutted starting to look like my 100% attendance record could go. Have been through some real crap in the last 12 years. In no particular order. Stents on 2 separate occasions via angiogram ,a 3rd angiogram with results still to come, bowel cancer urgent surgery to remove 1 and half litres of blood from stomach after that,2 x colonoscopies, chemo, a horrible haemorr yep that one operation,at times what seems like crippling arthritis in knee diagnosed with Braca1. A couple of forum bans (my proudest acheivements) daughter beating breast cancer. In no way trying to glorify anything.Just for 2/3 hours a week I can forget about the crap life can throw at you some times. If I dont get there they better friggen win.

Chin up Steve. Missing a game now is totally worth it if it means that you'll be able to keep coming to games for years to come.

Firstly thanks ElGrap that made a hard decision easy.

BUT UPDATE

So yesterday starts with the doc saying yep it's going ahead in the morn then disaster its put off and then in the space of about 45 minutes it's on again off again  on again off again finally on again.Bit funny actually here goes.

Surgeon who came in the morning  says firstly let's have look at the tat. He said he admired that sort of loyalty and if he could he would make sure I made the game.He said he couldnt stop me going if they wernt able to do it but if I did I had to sign myself out at my risk. That's where you came in El thanks

Fast forward surgeon comes in says let's go. Walks me around to theatre as we walk in and I lay down  he says do you follow an EPL team (no need for comment) I said yes since i was a kid have followed United he says we have a problem I support Liverpool. Buggar me. So during this procedure your awake and they go in through yr wrist to take a look and fix if they can yr heart. So guy who is doing the big part sits down and says you have a bigger problem I support them as well. So away they go and they play this background music bastards its Ferry Across the Mersey. Then as they finish up volume goes up yep I'll Never Walk a FKN Lone or whatever its called.LMFAOThings go better than anticipated and they are able to fix things without further surgery so good to go till next oil change.

So this morning my mate from Manchester rings who is a massive City fan and he pisses himself that 2 Scouser fans are responsible for fixing me

So record will roll on. Probably not good idea I stand in the zone today but may visit as need to be careful .

Last word from the surgeons when they saw me later they said we expect to see that tat to get some viewings as we go to games as well.

So massive thank you to all you guys and gals who have given support and encouragement  to me through all crap I've had over the years. Havnt always seen eye to eye with some  of uou,but end of day it's all about.

Great mate sat just down in about Aisle 19 think it was till about 78 minutes then despite all my best intentions couldnt help myself and had to take part in shirts off. Was all good no issue just need to take it a bit easy for four weeks. Then can start turning the revs up.Hopefully should be running close to capacity again by the time the finals get here.Just hoping i dont  have to take a trip to Perth to take part in them.
