Currently enjoying a bottle of Johnnie Walker Double Black.

Have a Chivas Regal 18yr + Talisker 10 + Cragganmore + Lagavulin (last 3 are 200ml bottles) all waiting paitiently on the shelf to be enjoyed!

Love the stuff,sadly have to drink it alone in a locked room. The old saying fire water sure as hell is true.

Im sitting on a 12yr old sherry cask Glenlivet. 1st rule of whisky- they dont improve over time. the day they are bottled is when they are at there peak, every day after after that they lose a little something (like married life)

Yes but unlike marriage it is perfectly acceptable to let a tasty 18yr old pass through your lips!

Johnnie Walker Double Black bottle now empty. Ooops!

Where to next folks on this fine weekend of Magical Malting?

Chivas Regal 18yr,  Talisker 10, Cragganmore or Lagavulin???

Normally drink Whiskey but for the Scotish variety I'm enjoying a dram of 10 year old Benromach right now, a nice hand crafted, small batch, speyside tipple.

Finished the last of my whiskey last night! that means planning to buy something I haven't had before. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban was my last one; I enjoyed it. Might go for something peaty next though.

Caol Ila is a very tasty wee dram!!!

I'm a Islay fan. Lgavulin has long been my favourite, but also a big fan of Laphroig, Caol Ila and Ardbeg 10 yr old. However for the first time ever I think I have found one I like better than Lagavulin... Ardbeg Uigeadail is incredible.
