Im sitting on a 12yr old sherry cask Glenlivet.
1st rule of whisky- they dont improve over time. the day they are bottled is when they are at there peak, every day after after that they lose a little something (like married life)

Yes but unlike marriage it is perfectly acceptable to let a tasty 18yr old pass through your lips!

Normally drink Whiskey but for the Scotish variety I'm enjoying a dram of 10 year old Benromach right now, a nice hand crafted, small batch, speyside tipple.

Mmmmm.

I'm a Islay fan. Lgavulin has long been my favourite, but also a big fan of Laphroig, Caol Ila and Ardbeg 10 yr old. However for the first time ever I think I have found one I like better than Lagavulin... Ardbeg Uigeadail is incredible.

My full collection at home currently is:

Lagavulin

Ardbeg 10 yr old

Ardbeg Uigeadail

Ardbeg Corryvreckan

Ardbeg Auriverdes

Caol Ila 12 yr

Laphroig

Bruichladdich 23.10

Bruichladdich The Rocks

Bruichladdich Sherry Cask

Oban

Talisker

Isle of Jura Origin

The Dalwhinnie

Knockando

Glen Elgin 12 yr

Cardhu 12 yr

Springbank 10 yr

Clynelish

Tobermory 10 yr

Glenkinchie

Edradour

The Glenlivet

Glenrothes Special Reserve

You should come and visit next time you are down Coops.

Do you happen to need any refereeing or IT services there bwtcf cause I have absolutely no problem being paid in whisky. My Dad also offered his services as a process safety system too...
