Phoenix. Zilch. And they had the nerve to tout Germany's Women's
World Cup win, but not the Phoenix?

TV1, despite the very occasional moment, have been appaling when it
comes to football for a long time.
TV3 consistently far better - and it should be Yellow Fever
policy to boycott 1 News. I do.
I only flick over to TV1 sports just to confirm
their attitude to football hasn't changed. Never
disappointed.

I've been boycotting TV 1 news for some time now and I encourage
the rest of you guys to do the same, and a chant such as "TV 1 IS
RUBBISH" at the next game would be brilliant.

It's proably becuase their older audience wouldn't apreciated
seeing half naked men on TV. Still they at least should be showing
the goals

yes i think email would be better coz if they dont talk about
the phoenix then they must not watch the phoenix so boycotting at
the stadium would not help where as an email would make then stand
up and listen and maybe then start broadcasting NEWS as their ONLY
professional team in NZ has just won a MAJOR match and they would
rather talk about womens world cup!!

second, they have already got mountains of emails from some of

(according to teletext) and possibly the Galaxy game (not yet
confirmed)
