Frank Knight is a 67 year old Blackpool fan who has been sued for £20,000 by club chairman Karl Oyston for comments made online questioning the way his club is being ran. Frank has followed Blackpool over 40 years and has apologised for for his passionate online rant, witnessed by all 34 of his online friends on Facebook, and fully retracted his statements.
Despite this the Oyston family, worth over £100m, will be claiming £20,000 from Mr. Knight. A lot of money for anyone, especially a 67 year old, retired OAP.
It would be great if football fans world wide could help the common fan pay off his debt to the Oyston's for being guilty of caring passionately about his football club and having serious concerns on how it's run. Thank you for your time

Sorry for the duplicate thread and thanks for moving my post to the appropriate place. I got barked at for spamming from Melbourne's site, they accused me of botting! I then told them I'm not botting, was very polite, and asked if they could help me. They then banned me indefinitely. Madness.

Fudge them ! Not the fans but the owners. Just what do they think they will achieve getting 20k off a 67 year old fan?? Everytime they poke their noses into the ground, they are now gonna get sharke from any fan that sees them.
Perhaps they should have gracially accepted the apology and seen it for what it was worth - a passionate fan that didn't like seeing his favourite team going down a toilet faster than a real turd. because in the last 3 seasons, this is exactly what has happened.
I hope Blackpool fans take great enjoyment out of reminding the owners of their lack of empathy towards this guy.
