A few awesome pairings up there. A hard one to pick but I've gone for Torres/Kuyt. I really think Liverpool have the goods this season.

I love the polls on here as when I vote the percentage actually increases making me feel all important.

I wonder how many people here actually vote on who they think are best or just for there favorite team. If i wasn't biased toward Arsenal id say Anelka/Diouf are working as the best combination. there are better individual strikers out there and combined they score more goals, but these two actually help each other, and work well as a combo.

AJ and the Yak have had 1 week together and have already started to gel. First Everton goal against Notlob was great understanding between the two of them. I can see some great goals coming form those two this season.

good point, only the fans of championship and lower league teams will vote on skill rather than sentiment

Windass and Folan would clearly out do anyone in the official poll

I agree totally. Did you see the way way the yak made a run toward the far stick then just checked his run slightly to hang back and AJ didnt even look up, the ball went strait to the Yak and a goal. Potentially these 2 are going to be lethal!

Agreed that I am biased though

Wow they've played for one week together and they are already the second best strike partnership in the EPL!

its interesting that only four of those combinations have played together before this season

I know its hard to settle on which pairings should be in this poll and which players make up that pairing too. Like Villa play more with an attacking trio with Agbonlahor Carew Young. Also SWP and Drogba? Kalou and Drogba is the starting combo, not that it matters Kalou offers very little to that combo.

Tevez and rooney will be in a few months if they both stay fit

They'd also be, bar far and away, the ugliest pairing world football.

Hell yeah! And not a bad midfield to be playing in front of either.

on reputation alone i vote for tevez and rooney, they can destroy teams single handedly....imagine it if they combine well together....i hate to say it but an in form ronaldo feeding those two would be hard to beat
