Oceania World Cup Qualificaton - Third Round

Anyone know when the draw is going to be made for round three of qualification please? It'd be good to see which two teams the All Whites will be paired with and when we'll finally get some home matches. FIFA are saying March 2017 but some people have mentioned November this year.

I heard OFC want to do it ASAP. Definitely starting in Nov.
